Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what Amontron collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you when you use the website.
Information you provide
- Account details, such as your name and email address, when you create or use an account.
- Invitation content, including designs, text, photos, event details, guest links and RSVP information that you choose to create or submit.
- Messages or support information you send to us.
Information collected automatically
We collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request timing, browser or device type, approximate location, and error or security information.
Analytics and performance measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated page views, visitors, referrers, device and browser categories, and approximate geographic areas. We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-user loading performance and Core Web Vitals.
These tools do not use third-party cookies. Vercel describes Web Analytics as using a short-lived daily hash rather than a persistent cross-site identifier. We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles, identify individual guests, or sell personal information. Analytics data is used for aggregated reports and performance improvement.
Because these analytics tools are cookieless and are not used for advertising, a cookie-consent banner is not required solely for these two tools. We will update this policy and provide any additional choice or consent mechanism if we add cookies, advertising technologies, or analytics that require consent under applicable law.
Guests and published cards
Guests can view a published card without creating an account. A guest name in a link, such as ?to=Sarah, is used to personalize that visitor’s view and is not saved as a guest profile. Guests may submit RSVP information when the card owner enables replies; the card owner can view that submission.
Public cards
Published cards can be opened by anyone who has the link. They are configured not to be indexed by search engines, but no online service can guarantee that a link will remain private. Unpublish or delete a card to stop normal access.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, secure and improve the service.
- To save and display the cards and responses you request.
- To enforce limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and respond to support requests.
- To understand aggregated traffic and improve website performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Service providers
We use carefully selected service providers to host the website, process stored content, deliver media, provide account services, and measure performance and aggregated website usage. They may process information only to provide services to us and under their applicable privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. You can delete cards and stored photos through the service. Some records may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is legally required.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information. Contact us to make a request. You may also stop using the service or remove published cards at any time.
Children
The service is not directed to children under the minimum age required in their country. Do not use the service or submit information if you are not legally permitted to do so.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
