Terms of Use
Effective date: October 21, 2026
By using Amontron, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Amontron provides tools to create, edit, store, publish and share digital invitations. Features, limits and availability may change as the service develops.
Your content
You retain ownership of the invitations, text, photos and other material you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, display and deliver that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or publish, including photos, names, messages, music, logos and other third-party material.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, harass or threaten people, distribute harmful or deceptive content, send spam, impersonate someone, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits, or upload malicious code.
We may restrict, remove or disable content or accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or expose us or others to legal or security problems.
Published invitations and RSVP information
You are responsible for deciding what to publish and who receives an invitation link. Do not publish sensitive information unless you have a lawful reason and the people concerned understand the disclosure. You are responsible for handling guest information and replies appropriately.
Analytics and service providers
We use privacy-focused, cookieless Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregated website usage and performance. These tools help us improve the service and are subject to the Privacy Policy. We may use other service providers to host and deliver the service.
Availability and backups
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored content will never be lost. Keep a PDF or other copy of invitations you rely on.
Third-party links and services
The service may link to or depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability or actions. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, or address misuse.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
